What makes Slipsilk™ different from ordinary silk?
Slipsilk™ is specially-commissioned and made to our exacting standards, developed and refined over ten years to provide the ultimate combination of shine, thickness, softness, and durability. We use the highest grade (6A) long fiber mulberry silk with a thickness of 22 momme.
How do I wash my Slip® silk pillowcase?
To maintain the quality of your silk, we recommend a pH neutral liquid detergent and machine washing on a cold, delicate cycle in a wash bag. Alternatively, you may hand wash. Always air dry in the shade and do not tumble dry.
What are the benefits of sleeping on silk for hair and skin?
Silk fibers are significantly less absorbent than cotton, meaning they won't soak up your expensive face creams. Slip® also reduces friction, which prevents hair breakage, tangles, and sleep creases on your skin.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location but generally arrive within 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, Slip® products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
