Prepare Your Package

Place the unused silk items back into their original Slip® gift boxes and secure them in a durable shipping mailer.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
